Please allow more time for the tracking update to reflect in the system. However, if 7 days have already passed and tracking information is not yet updated, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to www.17track.net
2. Enter your tracking code into the orange tracking box
3. Instead of just clicking "Track", instead, click where it says "Carrier (Auto-Select)"
4. When you click "Carrier (Auto-Select)", you'll see a list of options to select. Identify which carrier corresponds with the tracking code you are looking up by looking at the list below, then manually search for that carrier, and select it.

5. Once you've manually selected the correct carrier, then hit "TRACK", and you should see the detailed tracking information appear.
